We are so excited to be able to welcome you back to Tiny Toes. We will be opening our doors again and want to make you aware of some of the changes you can expect when you come visit us again.
Here is what to expect when shopping with us!
1. Private shopping is available.
We are offering private, by appointment shopping hours for those customers who would like to shop in store but would prefer to shop without other customers present. Call or email to schedule a time at firstname.lastname@example.org or 410.420.6727.
2. Please use hand sanitizer and wear masks.
We will have a hand sanitizer station at the front door. We ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry and strongly recommend you grab an additional pump on the way out as well.
All of our staff will wear masks and we ask that all of our guests do as well. This includes any children over the age of three. We will try to keep a small supply of masks (adult and child) on hand to purchase should you need one, but we cannot guarantee availability, so please plan to bring one with you when you shop.
3. Practice social distancing.
To maintain social distancing and make sure we have plenty of room for everyone to move about safely, we will be limiting the number of shoppers in the store at any one time to four.
Should we reach capacity, we will greet you at the door, take your number, and text or call you as soon as space becomes available. We expect this should be an infrequent occurrence but should you find yourself with a few extra minutes, we hope you check out the other downtown Bel Air businesses. We know they have missed their customers as much as we have missed you.
4. Our play area have been temporarily removed.
For safety, we have removed our play area from the store. If you are shopping with your children we kindly request that children under the age of four remain in a stroller or carrier.
5. No returns at this time.
For the safety of our employees and our customers, we will not be accepting returns at this time. We have not been able to fully research or understand the proper protocols for handling and disinfecting returned merchandise. We appreciate your understanding.
We will continue to offer online shopping, shipping, and curbside pick-up for those customers who prefer to utilize these services. If you aren't feeling well, please stay home. We are happy to utilize our remote services to help you from the comfort and safety of your home.
